  1. Some perks are Chinese gourmet restaurant which offer all food free, a free fitness center, a barber shop, car washes while employees work, pools for exercises, company massages, free launders, five doctors inside and they are all free. First of all, Google has been elected the best hundred company in America and the best company to work for by Fortune Magazine. Google seems to be the most engaging and great work environment in American company. Employees have tremendous job loyalty and proud activity , work though the night if necessary and tell they never have had more fun. Googlers are more happy in company than with this fellows in their house. Employees are happy to do anything for the company , including standing up in rain for the Fortune Magazine photo. Google receives tree thousand applications a day and it is about a million a year all trying to get one of for thousand jobs. I don’t think that could be implemented in my company because it seems to be not chip and needs to have opened mind and creative leaders what is not easy to find.

  2. Ligia, You´re right. More flexible and creative leadership is needed to transform the workplace, isn´t it? Also, Google has dared to have another model of workplace. It seems to be working, but it could have been a total failure, so we tend to stick to what is safe, tested and works. Can you envision any kind of drawback in the Googleplex model?
